Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. Her fame was first noticed in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap opera Neighbors during a hundred episodes that aired between 2006 and 2007. Two of her projects led her to Hollywood: the choral drama Hollywood & Wine in which she starred as an undiscovered Hollywood actor. Then by landing a recurring role in the ninth season of Scrubs which portrayed Maya the very hot medical student. The show abruptly ended. She then returns to the production of a comedy starring The Farrelly Brothers Good to shoot, starring Jason Sudeikis's Owen Wilson then appearances in series short films and B-series films. The year 2013 brought more exposure: She appeared on six episodes of Franklin and Bash and landed her first ever regular part in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the role of lead. She plays in the first two seasons of the series as well as giving a response to Chad Michael Murray. Then she played a supporting role in two feature films which focused on planes. One was a TV film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500. It featured actors from TV shows. Another film is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She has the role of an Air Attendant. She shares the poster of the new show on TV, Matador which she co-stars with Gabriel Luna.
